To request deletion, email sandeeppatel9099@gmail.com with subject “HostBook account and cloud-data deletion request”. Include the email associated with your HostBook account. Do not send your password or verification codes.
Support verifies account ownership before deleting the Firebase Authentication account and associated cloud property, booking, customer, inquiry, payment, deposit, settings, photo and document records. Support will confirm receipt and completion. A timeframe will be confirmed on receipt; this page does not promise an automatic deletion.
Reset This Device, uninstalling and signing out do not delete cloud records. Shared PDFs and files outside HostBook remain with their recipients. Cancel Google Play subscriptions separately to stop billing.
